Pretty Good, but different

The Bay is an excellent makeover of the Old decaying Blyth Hotel that used to be on this site. The new owners have spent a lot of money, with considerable care…it could perhaps benefit from some more personal touches, but I quibble and it is excellent value.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Bay Hotel. Friendly staff, fabulous large room with great shower, nicely decorated and very comfy bed. There was plenty of parking and the location is superb. We will definitely be back.

Amazing hotel

This is a lovely hotel, well situated in the High Street of Southwold. The decor is modern, the rooms are very clean and the amenities are high quality. There is ample parking behind the hotel, and it’s a short 10 mins walk to the beach. We will definitely be visiting again.
